Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@lumoraskin.com, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Cancellation by LUMORA SKIN: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
